AIRPORT TRANSFER

If the vehicles are available for operation at the time and date you requested, you will be informed that your reservation has been confirmed.

For reservations of Airport Transfer;

For Airport Transfer services, only the reservations which are made up to 24 hours before the flight can be processed. Reservations made within the 24 hours of the flight are not taken into process.

If your reservation is approved and you have bought the service, from the day you have made the purchase, you have the right of cancellation in up to fourteen (14) days. Only condition being that the cancellation cannot be within the 48 hours of your flight. On the event that the service is used within the fourteen (14) days of purchase, you are not allowed to use your right of cancellation.


MEET & GREET

Our Meet & Greet packages are designed to meet the needs of our arrival, departure and transfer passengers.

For departing passengers;

  • Being welcomed by a personal assistant
  • Porter service
  • Prioritized check-in
  • iGA Fast Track access
  • Escort until the plane’s gate
  • iGA Lounge access
  • Designated buggy

For arriving passengers;

  • Being welcomed by a personal assistant
  • Porter service
  • iGA Fast Track access
  • Escort until the transfer vehicle
  • Designated buggy

For transfer passengers;

  • Being welcomed by a personal assistant on the gate of the arriving flight. (with designated buggy)
  • Porter service
  • iGA Fast Track access on the passport control
  • iGA Lounge access
  • Escort until the departing flight gate (with designated buggy)
